What to Expect 

Following the completion of the design questionnaire, I will schedule a 30-minute consultation via phone to discuss your design project, the budget, timeline, and next steps. This 30-minute consult allows us to ensure we’re on the same page and to collect any further information needed before providing the service agreement and invoice. Once all information is gathered, an invoice will be sent via email. The design process will begin once the invoice is paid in full and you have signed the service agreement.  You will receive design boards, floor plans, shopping lists, and an implementation plan. You control what you want to purchase on your timeline and manage installation.

A questionnaire, photos of the room, and a sketch floor plan are required before starting any project and must be submitted beforehand so that I can get an understanding of the space and your project. Don’t worry, I will send you a detailed guide on how to take photos of your room and how to measure your space. You can check out a quick guide here on how to measure your space.

What’s included:
• Kick-off meeting to get to know you + your project
• 1 Mood Board (2d) of inspirational images to define the mood of your space
• 1 Design Concept Board
• 1 round of revisions (if needed)
• 1 Detailed floor plan with furniture placement (2d)
• One 3D Room Render
• A curated shopping list with approved furniture and decor selections.  
• Installation guide & style tips and tricks to assist you in styling the space
• Final 30-minute design support meeting (virtual or local) within 10 days of receiving your design files

Please note that this is a decor-focused service, and I will not consult architectural or structural issues.
